孕期用药对出生缺陷影响的Poisson回归模型分析

摘要
目的通过调查山西省部分县(市)出生缺陷现状,分析探讨孕期用药对新生儿出生缺陷影响,为制定预防措施提供依据。方法拟合Poisson回归模型,分析新生儿出生缺陷的发生与孕期用药之间的关系。结果与出生缺陷有关的因素除人均收入、近亲结婚、亲属是否有缺陷儿等人口学与家族史等指标外,感冒药、抗生素、止吐药、保胎药以及其他药等皆与出生缺陷发生有关。结论孕期不合理用药会导致新生儿出生缺陷的发生率增加,所以正确指导妊娠期合理用药,是降低出生缺陷发生率的重要措施。
Objective To analyze the effect of medication during pregnancy on neonatal birth defects by surveying the current situation of birth defects in partial counties( cities) of Shanxi province,provide a basis for making preventive measures. Methods Poisson regression model was fitted to analyze the relationship between the occurrence of neonatal birth defects and medication during pregnancy. Results The related factors of neonatal birth defects included average income,intermarriage,birth defects infants born by their relatives,cold medicine,antibiotics,antemetic,tocolytic drugs,and other drugs. Conclusion Irrational use of drugs during pregnancy can increase the incidence rate of neonatal birth defects,so correct guidance of rational use of drugs during pregnancy is an important measure to reduce the incidence rate of birth defects.
