运动联合饮食干预对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者胰岛素抵抗、血清脂联素和内脂素水平的影响

摘要
目的分析运动联合饮食干预对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者胰岛素抵抗、血清脂联素和内脂素水平的影响。方法将2018年5月—2020年5月期间本院收治的60例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为实验对象,依据数字表法将其随机分为对照组(n=30)、观察组(n=30),对照组给予常规孕期指导,观察组给予运动联合饮食干预,对比2组患者的疗效、血糖、血脂、血清脂联素、内脂素水平及妊娠结局。结果治疗前,与对照组比较,观察组患者的血糖、血脂、血清脂联素、内脂素水平无差异,P> 0. 05;治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组患者的血糖、血脂、血清脂联素、内脂素水平改善显著,P <0. 05;与对照组比较,实验组患者的妊娠结局良好,P <0. 05;与对照组(73. 33%)比较,实验组患者的疗效(96. 67%)明显提升,P <0. 05。结论针对妊娠期糖尿病患者给予运动联合饮食干预,可在提高患者疗效的同时稳定其血糖、血脂、血清脂联素、内脂素水平,同时减少不良妊娠结局的发生情况,临床借鉴价值高。
Objective To analyze the effects of exercise combined diet intervention on insulin resistance,serum adiponectin and visfatin levels in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus( GDM). Methods 60 patients with gestational diabetes admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were randomly divided into a control group( n = 30) and an observation group( n = 30). The control group was given routine pregnancy guidance,and the observation group was given exercise combined diet intervention,and then the efficacy,blood glucose,blood lipids,serum adiponectin,visfatin levels and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment,there was no difference in blood glucose,blood lipids,serum adiponectin and visfatin levels between the observation group and the control group( P > 0. 05). After treatment,the blood glucose,blood lipids Serum adiponectin and visfatin levels of the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group( P < 0. 05); Compared with the control group,the pregnancy outcome of the experimental group was good( P < 0. 05); compared with the control group( 73. 33%),the efficacy of the experimental group( 96. 67%) was significantly improved( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The exercise combined with dietary intervention for gestational diabetes patients can improve the patient's curative effect while stabilizing blood glucose,blood lipids,serum adiponectin and visfatin levels,and reducing the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
