房屋建筑施工管理中存在的问题和改进措施

摘要
房屋建筑施工管理中存在的问题包括房屋建筑施工管理体系不完善、施工人员与管理人员的安全意识薄弱、施工材料存在质量问题、监督管理不够深入全面、管理制度落实不到位等方面。提出了房屋建筑施工管理的改进措施,如建立完善的施工管理体系,充分保证对建筑材料、施工机械及工作人员的监管力度。完善成本管理工作,预测建筑工程的材料成本、技术成本、机械成本和劳动成本,有效提高房屋建筑施工管理水平。加强对施工材料的管理,详细了解每种施工材料的用途和保存要求,正确取放施工材料,避免材料浪费。提高管理人员素质,完善选拔任用制度。做好"三通一平"工作,保证施工环境良好、施工现场平整及用水用电畅通。做好工程的总平面布置,树立全局观念。制订科学的项目规划,做好材料收集和数据统计工作,明确施工要求和施工总量,做好财政预算工作。
Problems in the management of building construction include imperfect management system of building construction,weak safety awareness of construction personnel and management personnel, quality problems of construction materials, inadequate in-depth and comprehensive supervision and management, and inadequate implementation of management system. The improvement measures of building construction management are put forward,such as establishing a perfect construction management system to fully guarantee the supervision of building materials,construction machinery and workers. Improving the cost management,forecast the material cost,technical cost,mechanical cost and labor cost of construction projects,and effectively improve the level of building construction management. Strengthening the management of construction materials,understand in detail the use and preservation requirements of each construction material,take and place construction materials correctly,and avoid material waste.Improving the quality of managers and the selection and appointment system. Ensuring a good construction environment,smooth construction site and smooth use of water and electricity. Doing a good job in the general layout of the project and establishing a global concept. Making scientific project planning,do a good job of material collection and data statistics,clearing construction requirements and total construction,and doing a good job of financial budget.
