大跨度输水管道钢管桁架管桥设计选型与优化

摘要
针对输水管道钢管桁架管桥的腹杆纵向4种断面形式进行优化分析,以实际工程案例设计为基础,对60m跨2×DN1400管道输水的钢管桁架管桥建立分析模型,分析桁架管桥在恒、活、风、水平地震、竖向地震、温度作用荷载标准组合下的位移,荷载基本组合下的应力比和用钢量。分析表明采用V形腹杆、跨中上凸的纵向断面比N形腹杆、平直的纵向断面桁架杆件应力比更小,且杆件内力分布均匀,用钢量更少,为其他工程提供借鉴意义。
        Four types of longitudinal section forms of web members of steel pipe truss bridge for water pipeline were analyzed and optimized in this paper. Based on an engineering case, an analysis model for steel pipe truss bridge with 60 m span 2 x DN1400 water pipe was established, and the displacement, the stress ratio, the amount of steel for the truss bridge were calculated under the standard loads which combined with dead load,live load, wind load, horizontal earthquake, vertical earthquake and temperature effect. The results showed that the stress ratio of the truss members with V-shaped web and convex mid-span is smaller than that of the Nshaped web and straight truss members, and the stress of the truss members is evenly distributed and less steel is used. The conclusion in this paper should provide reference for similar project.
