摘要
为了进一步提高采煤机传动齿轮抗疲劳性能,同时降低其作业磨损,本文通过对18Cr2Ni4W和17Cr Ni Mo6两种齿轮材料的抗疲劳性和磨损性能进行对比分析,来进一步探知传动系统的磨损状态,并结合实际情况制定出相应措施,提高采煤机运行效率。
In order to further improve the anti fatigue performance of shearer gear transmission, and reduces the work wear, this will be through the 18Cr2Ni4 W and 17 Cr Ni Mo6 two kinds of gear material fatigue resistance and wear resistance of wear state further ascertain transmission system were analyzed, combined with the actual situation, formulate corresponding measures, improve the operation efficiency of shearer.
