摘要
目的探究心脏储备与心肌酶谱指标的变化关系。方法选取22只新西兰家兔,随机分为实验组(n=15)和对照组(n=7),使用阿霉素(ADR)制备心脏储备降低的动物模型。实验组家兔经耳缘静脉注射ADR 1mL/kg,对照组家兔注射等量的生理盐水,每周固定时间注射2次,连续注射8周。利用心音特征指标,计算心率(HR)、第一心音与第二心音幅值比(S1/S2)、心脏舒张期与收缩期时限比(D/S),无创评估2组家兔心脏储备,并对家兔采血检测心肌酶谱。结果实验组家兔心脏储备指标较对照组降低,心肌酶谱各指标较对照组升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HR与心肌酶谱指标呈较弱的负相关(P<0.05),D/S和S1/S2与心肌酶谱指标呈较弱的负相关(P<0.05)。结论心脏储备降低时,心肌酶谱显著升高。心脏储备指标可用于心功能无创评估。
        Objective To explore the relationship between changes of cardiac reserve and myocardial enzyme.MethodsTwenty-two New Zealand rabbits were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(n=15)and control group(n=7),which was used adriamycin(ADR)to prepare the animal model with reduced cardiac reserve.Rabbits in the experimental group were given 1 mL/kg of ADR intravenously via ear margin,rabbits in the control group were injected with the same amount of saline,twice a week for 8 weeks.Heart rate(HR),amplitude ratio of the first heart sound to the second heart sound(S1/S2),ratio of diastolic period to systolic period(D/S)were calculated by using the heart sound characteristic indexes.Noninvasive assessment of cardiac reserve was performed in 2 groups of rabbits,and myocardial enzymes were detected by blood sampling.Results All indexes of myocardial enzyme spectrum in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and cardiac reserve was reduced,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).HR showed a weak negative correlation with myocardial enzyme spectrum index(P<0.05),D/S and S1/S2 showed a weak negative correlation with myocardial enzyme spectrum index(P<0.05).Conclusion When cardiac reserve decreases,myocardial enzyme will increase,and cardiac reserve indexes can be used for the evaluation of cardiac function.
