摘要
针对《客车前部结构强度要求及试验方法》征求意见稿,对亚星某11米全承载客车分别进行初速度为30 km/h,35 km/h,40 km/h正面碰撞有限元分析。经分析,驾驶区位置受到不同程度的压溃现象,并对客车前部结构进行改进。结果表明:优化方案实施后,驾驶区压溃空间有所减小,乘客门骨架变形量明显减小,同时为客车安全设计提供参考依据。
Based on Requirements and test methods of strength for the front structure of bus draft for advice, finite element analysis of frontal crash of a Yaxing 11-meter full-integral bus at the initial velocity of 30 km/h, 35 km/h, 40 km/h is carried out respectively.The position of the driving area got different degrees of collapse. The front structure of bus was improved. The results show that:after implementation of the optimization scheme, deformation of passenger door skeleton decreases obviously. It also provides safety design of bus.
