达芬奇机器人系统辅助与传统胸腔镜胸腺瘤切除术短期疗效对比
摘要
目的比较达芬奇机器人系统(RATS)与传统电视胸腔镜(VATS)治疗胸腺瘤的临床短期疗效。方法回顾性分析2015年1月～2018年9月在我院接受微创胸腺瘤扩大切除术的胸腺瘤病人临床资料,比较RATS与VATS的短期临床疗效。结果接受RATS胸腺扩大切除术31例,接受VATS胸腺扩大切除术36例。两组手术时间分别为61.8分钟和78.3分钟,术中出血分别为47.4 ml和78.1 ml,术后胸管留置时间分别为2.3天和3.2天,术后引流量分别为272.5 ml和381.4 ml,住院时间分别为4.6天和5.8天,RATS组优于VATS组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 RATS与VATS相比具有相同的可靠性,前者更具优势。
