摘要
为了保持电网的电能品质,对于并网型风电变流器,要求对电网侧逆变器设计滤波器以保证入网电流总谐波畸变率(THD)和单次谐波含量均满足相关并网标准。对比L、LCL和LLCL滤波器传递函数幅频特性,定性分析了三种滤波器在各频段、特别是开关频率附近的谐波抑制能力,得出LLCL滤波器的优点,并针对MW级全功率风电变流器引入了LLCL滤波器的设计。根据并网型风电机组拓扑结构特点,给出了LLCL滤波器参数设计方法,并分析了新型滤波器拓扑结构下的电网侧阻抗特性及控制系统稳定性。实例仿真验证表明,相比于LCL滤波器,LLCL滤波器可以在采用更小的变流器输出滤波电感的情况下,保持其他频率点性能基本不变且开关频率附近的谐波得到更好的抑制。
        In order to keep a good quality for power supply, a grid side filter for grid-connected converter of wind turbine is required to make the total harmonic distribution(THD) and single-order harmonic content of current connected to the grid to meet with related grid standards. In this paper, the amplitude frequency characteristics of transfer function of L filter, LCL filter and LLCL filter are compared with each other. The advantage of LLCL filter is found by qualitative analyzing the harmonic suppression ability in different frequency bands, especially the switching frequency of these three types of filter. Based on the character oftopological structure of the grid-connected wind turbine, a design method for LLCL filter is improved. The grid side impedance characteristic and the stability of control system of the novel filter are analyzed. Finally the result of simulating shows that the LLCL filter has better harmonic suppression performancenearby the switching frequencythan the LCL tilter with smaller converter output filter inductor.
