内科病房实施护理风险管理的效果评价

摘要
目的观察内科病房实施护理风险管理效果,探讨应用价值。方法 2016年1—12月该院内科病区住院患者124例(对照组),实施内科常规护理;2017年1—12内科病区住院患者140例(观察组),实施内科护理风管理:完善内科护理管理制度、成立内科护理风险管理小组、充分评估、落实风险管理培训、提升内科护理专业技能。结果观察组服务态度(96.33±1.54)分、沟通能力(93.29±2.80)分、操作熟练程度(94.29±3.02)分、应急能力(92.26±3.25)分高于对照组的(90.22±2.03)分、(85.22±6.28)分、(87.39±7.26)分、(84.82±7.37)分(t=3.15,3.65,4.11,4.63,P<0.05)。观察组护理不良事件2.14%(3/140)少与对照组的7.29%(9/124)(χ~2=4.25 P<0.05)。结论在临床内科护理服务工作中应用风险管理模式,可以有效提高护理质量,降低护理工作中风险事件的发生几率。
Objective To observe the effect of nursing risk management in medical wards and explore the application value. Methods From January to December 2016, 124 inpatients in the hospital's medical ward(control group) underwent routine medical care; 140 patients(observation group) in the medical ward from January to December 2017, implemented internal medicine nursing wind management: improve the internal medicine nursing management system, set up the internal medicine nursing risk management team, fully evaluate and implement risk management training, and improve the internal medicine nursing professional skills. Results The observation group's service attitude(96.33±1.54)points, communication ability(93.29±2.80)points, operational proficiency(94.29±3.02)points, emergency response ability(92.26±3.25)points were higher than those of the control group(90.22±2.03)points,(85.22±6.28)points,(87.39±7.26)points,(84.82±7.37)points(t=3.15, 3.65, 4.11, 4.63, P<0.05). 2.14%(3/140) of the nursing adverse events in the observation group were less than 7.29%(9/124) in the control group(χ~2=4.25, P<0.05). Conclusion Applying risk management mode in clinical medical care service can effectively improve the quality of care and reduce the incidence of risk events in nursing work.
