摘要
为提高城轨车辆制动系统整体性能,采用理论分析和地面试验的方法,验证了在制动施加和缓解过程中,城轨车辆踏面制动单元由于内部摩擦力的影响,在相同的制动缸压力下,其实际输出的闸瓦压力并不相同;进一步分析了这种特性对常用制动性能、闸瓦磨耗等制动系统整体性能的影响,并提出了对应的解决措施,为今后城轨车辆制动系统的方案设计提供了参考。
        In order to improve the overall performance of the brake system of urban rail vehicles, the theoretical analysis and ground test were adopted to verify the effect of the internal friction force of the brake unit of the urban rail vehicles in the process of braking and remission. The actual output of shoe pressure was proved different under the same brake cylinder pressure. The effect of the characteristics on the overall performance of brake system, such as common brake performance and brake shoe wear, was proposed, and the corresponding measures were put forward, which would provide reference for the scheme design of the braking system of urban rail transit vehicles in the future.
