摘要
固定管板换热器中管板的计算模型是作用在弹性基础上的圆平板。但是对于承受较大重量载荷的立式固定管板换热器,还应考虑重量载荷对管板的影响。通过受力分析和有限元分析得知,重量载荷虽然远小于压力载荷,但会引起较大的应力和变形,可能成为决定管板厚度的条件。因此有必要考虑重量载荷对管板的影响,确保管板的强度。
In the fixed tube sheet heat exchanger, tube sheet calculation model is based on elastic circular plate. But to vertically fixed tube sheet heat exchanger carrying greater weight load, weight load on the tube plate should also be considered. Through stress analysis and finite element simulation, although the weight load is far less than the pressure load, it causes large stress and deformation, and is likely to be the conditions for considering the tube plate thickness, so it is necessary to consider the weight load influence on tube sheet to ensure the strength of the tube plate.
