摘要
建立了快速准确测定循环水中羧酸盐-磺酸盐-非离子三元共聚物TH-3100浓度的分析方法。研究了十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵浓度、pH和反应时间等对吸光度的影响,确定最佳测定条件。同时探讨了循环水中共存物质对TH-3100测定的影响,结果表明:除Ca2+、Mg2+和六偏磷酸钠(SHMP)外,循环水中其他物质(SO42-、Cl-、PO43-、Fe2+、Zn2+、HEDP、ATMP、BTA及MBT)对测定几乎没有影响;Ca2+、Mg2+可通过加入EDTA二钠进行掩蔽,SHMP的影响可通过加酸蒸煮消除。这种方法简便、准确,应用性强。
A quick,accurate method for the determination of the concentration of carboxylate-sulfonate-noniobic terpolymer TH-3100 in circulating water has been proposed. The effects of the concentration of dodecyl benzyl dimethyl ammonium chloride,p H,reaction time,etc. on the absorbency are studied,and the optimal determination conditions are determined. The effects of coexisting substances on the determination of TH-3100 are discussed. The results show that other substances,such as SO42-,Cl-,PO43-,Fe2 +,Zn2 +,HEDP,ATMP,BTA and MBT in circulating water almost do not have any effects on the determination of TH-3100,except for Ca2 +,Mg2 +and sodium hexametaphosphate(SHMP). Ca2+and Mg2+can be sheltered by adding a certain amount of EDTA-2Na. The effect of SHMP can be eliminated by adding acid and boiling. This method is simple,accurate and of great practical value.
