摘要
以3-氨基酚和乙酰乙酸乙酯为原料,经过两步合成得到一种新型香豆素荧光单体——N-(4-甲基-2-氧代-2H-苯并吡喃-7-基)丙烯酰胺(FM);以FM与丙烯酸(AA)共聚制备了新型荧光示踪型共聚物FM-AA。通过红外光谱和热分析等方法对合成的FM-AA进行了表征,并对FM-AA的阻垢性能进行了研究。结果表明,合成的FMAA对碳酸钙盐具有较好的阻垢效果,当其投加量为20 mg/L时,对碳酸钙的阻垢率可达81.3%。
A new kind of coumarin fluorescent monomer,N-(4-methyl-2-oxo-2H-chromen-7-yl)acrylamide(FM),has been synthesized by two steps,using 3-aminophenol and ethylene ethyl acetate as raw materials. A new type of fluorescent labeling copolymer FM-AA has been prepared from FM and acrylic acid(AA). The prepared FM-AA is characterized by IR and TG-DTA,and its scale inhibiting capacity studied. The results show that the synthesized FM-AA has better scale inhibiting effect. When its dosage is 20 mg/L,the scale inhibiting rate against Ca CO3 can reach 81.3%.
