摘要
目的探讨成人人工耳蜗植入辅以助听系统对听阈及言语康复的影响。方法选择2017年2月~2018年2月在我院诊治的人工耳蜗植入患者45例,分为观察组25例与对照组20例,对照组为人工耳蜗植入,观察组为人工耳蜗植入辅以无线调频助听系统干预,记录言语识别情况。结果在刺激声0.5~4.0 kHz频率下,干预后观察组的平均助听听阈显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组的自然环境声响识别、语音识别、声调识别、数字识别、单音节词、双音节词等方面评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组与对照组的单元音/a/的F1、F2、F3值显著高于干预前(P<0.05),干预后观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于无线调频的助听系统在听障人群中的应用能促进言语康复,提高助听听阈,改善客观声学指标。
        Objective To explore the effects of adult cochlear implantation combined with hearing aid system on hearing threshold and speech rehabilitation. Methods Using the method of summarization and retrospective study, selected were a total of 45 patients of hearing-impaired from our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018. 25 were grouped into the observation group and 20 patients in the control group. The control group were given cochlear implant treatment, and the observation group were given hearing aids based on frequency modulated based on the control group. The observation times of the two groups were 3 months, and the speech rehabilitation were recorded. Results At the frequencies of stimulation0.50-4.0 kHz, and the average hearing aid threshold of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of natural environment sound, speech recognition, tone recognition,digital recognition, monosyllabic words, two-syllable words of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the F1, F2, and F3 values of the unit sound/a/of the observation group and the control group were significantly higher than those before the treatment(P<0.05), and the observation group were also higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of hearing aid system based on frequency modulated in hearing impaired people can help speech rehabilitation, improve hearing and hearing threshold, and improve objective acoustic indicators.
