摘要
CAST-I井周超声波成像测井仪是哈里伯顿公司新一代的成像测井仪,它经历了CAST-V、CAST-F两代的升级改造,主要在LOG-IQ系统上配套使用。介绍了CAST-I的测量原理和仪器组成,在燕郊开发区的刻度井群针对固井质量检测开展了15项测试内容,针对测试得到的刻度井群数据进行了影响因素分析,主要涉及:通过沟槽精度分析确定水泥阻抗阈值;仪器偏心影响分析;微环隙影响分析;CAST-I对第二界面评价效果分析。实验分析得出的超声波成像测井处理阈值、测量精度、适用范围等结论可作为在该项技术在川渝地区应用的参考。
The CAST-I ultrasonic imaging logging tool is the new generation of imaging logging tool of Halliburton Co. It is upgraded from previous two generations of CAST-V and CAST-F, and it is mainly used in LOG-IQ system now. The measuring principle, the instrument structure of CAST-I and 15 cement quality carried out tests in the Yanjiao development zone calibration wells are introduced, and the factors influencing the calibration wells test data obtaining are analyzed, which mainly include, the cement resistance threshold determined through the analysis of groove accuracy, the instrument eccentric effect analysis, analysis of micro-annulus effects, analysis of the CAST-I evaluation influenced by the second interface effect. The conclusions of these tests analysis, such as processing threshold, measurement accuracy and application scope of CAST-I can be used as a reference for the application of CAST-I in Sichuan and Chongqing areas.
