综合护理干预对前列腺增生术后尿失禁的影响研究

摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预措施对前列腺增生剜除术后尿失禁的影响。方法分析2015年至2017年我院就诊的60例前列腺增生剜除术后出现尿失禁的患者,随机分为2组,观察组30例是在常规护理的基础上,采取个性化护理,盆底肌及膀胱功能恢复训练、生物反馈治疗和盆底电刺激等一系列的综合护理干预措施,对照组30例给予常规护理,观察患者半年内的尿失禁恢复情况。结果观察组患者治疗后总排尿次数、总漏尿事件次数显著低于对照组,观察组的ICI-Q-SF、24小时尿垫试验显著高于对照组,护理干预效果的总有效率高于对照组。其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取综合护理干预措施对前列腺增生剜除术后尿失禁的患者,有效改善尿失禁症状,控尿功能得到改善,减少患者的身心痛苦,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on urinary incontinence after resection of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 60 cases of postoperative incontinence after PKEP from 2015 to 2017 were Retrospectively analysed. They were divided into 2 groups randomLy, 30 cases were in observation group, which take personalized care, pelvic floor muscle and bladder function recovery training, biofeedback therapy and pelvic floor electrical stimulation and so on a series of comprehensive nursing intervention measures on the basis of conventional nursing. 30 cases were in the control group, which were given routine nursing care. The recovery of urinary incontinence within six months was observed. Results The total number of urination and the total number of urinary leakage events in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group, the ICIQ-SF and 24-hour pad test in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group, and the total effective rate of nursing intervention was higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention measures for patients with urinary incontinence after resection of prostate hyperplasia can effectively improve the symptoms of urinary incontinence, improve the function of urinary control, reduce the physical and mental pain of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
