摘要
介绍了水下测试基阵机械扫描装置的设计实例,对基阵架的杆部连接进行了有限元分析。根据碳纤维杆的受力变形情况进行了无拉杆状态、有两根拉杆状态及有四根拉杆状态下的有限元分析,并对其进行了实验验证,为设计提供必要的理论支持。
An introduction is given on a sample of designing underwater testing array scanners,and FEA is made on the carbon fiber rod connections of the array stand in different conditions of deformation,that is no-rod,two-rod and four-rod conditions.These analyses are tested and verified through experiments,which provides theoretical support for the design.
