移动音乐App用户体验设计中感知示能性的理论构建与验证:基于版本数据的内容分析

摘要
互联网产品的版本迭代数据代表了产品交互设计的示能性。从用户视角解析交互设计中版本迭代的相关数据,能够验证感知示能性理论框架,并对移动音乐App中感知示能性概念模式进行探究。文章在移动音乐App的用户体验设计中引入感知示能性理论框架,选取四款主流移动音乐App的版本迭代数据进行内容分析,并借鉴感知示能性的概念体系开展两轮开放式编码。在前期研究关于感知示能性的四个维度上,在编码中结合音乐信息情境延伸出第五维度,即感知参与示能性,构建移动音乐App中感知示能性概念模式框架,包含理论层、应用范畴层和功能实现层。文章拓展了感知示能性在音乐信息行为研究中的理论框架,同时对移动音乐App的用户体验设计提供了参考依据。
        Version iteration data reveals the real affordance of internet products that designers would like to convey to users. By analyzing the relevant iterative version data of user experience design, this paper examines the conceptual framework of perceived affordances and investigates the application of perceived affordances in mobile music Apps. By crawling the update data from iterative versions of mobile music Apps,a content analysis has been made to examine the adopted conceptual framework of perceived affordances. On the basis of four dimensions of perceived affordances named in previous papers,the study identifies the fifth dimension of perceived affordances,namely the perceived participation affordance in the context of music information behavior. In this regard, the study proposes a revisited conceptual framework of perceived affordance in mobile music Apps, including the theoretical layer, the application layer and the functional layer. Overall, this study validates and extends the theoretical model of perceived affordances in the music information context,and yields some practical implications for the design and evaluation of mobile music Apps.
