摘要
以乙酰磺酸酯为磺化剂,对不同内相比的高内相比乳液聚合所得多孔聚合物块体(polyHIPEs)进行磺化改性处理,通过傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、电导滴定、紫外-可见-近红外分光光度计等对磺化产物及其吸附性能进行了表征。结果表明,polyHIPEs已被成功磺化,磺化后块体表面的亲水亲油性发生了明显的变化,其吸水性明显增强,而吸油性明显减弱。由于引入了带负电荷的磺酸基团(-SO3H),其对正离子或带正电荷的分子(如亚甲基蓝染料)具有较强的吸附性能。同时,磺化后的块体具有一定的pH敏感性。
        A series of polymerized high internal phase emulsions( polyHIPEs) monoliths with different internal phase were sulfonated by acetyl sulfonate. The products and their absorption properties of the monoliths were characterized by FT-IR,conductometric titration,UV-vis-NIR spectrophotometer,etc. The results indicate that polyHIPEs were sulfonated successfully,leading to the surface of the monoliths changed from lipophilic to hydrophilic obviously,thus,the water absorption significantly enhanced,but oil absorption weakened distinctly. Due to the presence of-SO3 H groups with negative charge,the sulfonated monoliths exhibited strong absorption ability to positive ions or positively charged molecules,such as methylene blue dye. In addition,polyHIPEs after sulfonation showed a certain sensitivity to pH value.
