团队协作联合风险防范式护理用于儿科护理管理的效果观察

摘要
目的观察对于儿科护理管理方法中采取团队协作联合风险防范式护理的应用效果分析。方法以在该院儿科2015年2月—2016年2月收治的予常规儿科护理的134例患儿称之为对照组,2016年3月—2017年3月儿科收治147例采取团队协作联合风险防范式护理称为联合组。将两组护理质量及护理合格率、护理纠纷及投诉率对照解析。结果联合组灭菌、护理记录、三基考试、医疗考试与操作合格率均高于对照组。联合组护理文书、消毒隔离、护理水平评分明显高于对照组,平均违规操作次数明显少于对照组,对照组护患纠纷率为41.79%,护患投诉率为20.90%,联合组护患纠纷率为7.48%,护患投诉率为1.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论对于儿科患儿采取团队协作联合风险防范式护理模式应用于儿科患儿护理中,可有效提高护理合格率与护理质量,降低护理纠纷与投诉率,效果理想,有在临床上普及、推广、使用价值。
Objective To observe the application effect of team cooperation combined with risk preventive nursing in the nursing management in the department of pediatrics. Methods 134 cases of children in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the control group, and 147 cases of children in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the combined group, respectively adopted the routine nursing and team cooperation combined with risk preventive nursing, and the nursing quality, nursing qualified rate, nursing dispute rate and compliance rate were compared between the two groups. Results The sterilization, nursing records, three basic tests, medical examination and operation ualfied rate in the combined group were higher than those in the control group, and the nursing papers, disinfection and isolation, nursing level score in the combined group were obviously higher than those in the control group, and the average illegal operation frequency was obviously lower than that in the control group, and the dispute rate and compliance rate in the control group and in the combined group were respectively 41.79%, 20.90% and 7.48%, 1.36%, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001). Conclusion The application of team cooperation combined with risk preventive nursing in the nursing management in the department of pediatrics can effectively improve the nursing qualified rate and nursing quality and reduce the nursing disputes and compliant rate, and the effect is dieal, which is worth clinical promotion and application in clinic.
