特布他林联合布地奈德雾化治疗成人哮喘急性发作的疗效

摘要
目的探讨特布他林联合布地奈德雾化治疗成人哮喘急性发作的疗效及对肺功能的影响。方法选取济宁市兖州区人民医院2015年1月—2017年1月的成人哮喘急性发作者110例随机进行分组,55例观察组患者采用特布他林联合布地奈德雾化治疗;对照组55例患者给予布地奈德治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效和临床症状消失时间、肺功能改善情况以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组有效率达96.36%,对照组有效率达72.73%,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=21.366 9,P<0.000 1)。观察组患者咳嗽、湿啰音、哮鸣音、呼吸困难消失时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.000 1)。观察组不良反应发生率7.27%,对照组不良反应发生率9.09%,差异无统计学意义(P=0.638 7)。结论特布他林联合布地奈德雾化治疗成人哮喘急性发作疗效显著,可迅速缓解临床症状,改善肺功能。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of terbutaline combined with budesonide in the treatment of acute attack of adult asthma and its effect on lung function. Methods 110 cases of acute attack of asthma were randomly selected from Yanzhou District People's Hospital from January 2015 to January 2017, 55 cases were treated with budesonide and terbutaline in the observation group, and 55 patients in the control group were treated with budesonide, and the clinical effect of the two groups were compared. The disappearance time of symptoms, improvement of pulmonary function and incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 96.36%, and the effective rate of the control group was 72.73%(χ2=21.366 9, P < 0.000 1). The disappeared time of cough, rales, wheezing and dyspnea in the observation group was shorter than the control group(P < 0.000 1). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.27%, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 9.09%. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.638 7). Conclusion Terbutaline combined with budesonide is effective in the treatment of acute attack of adult asthma. It can quickly relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the lung function.
