曲美他嗪联合替格瑞洛治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床疗效分析

摘要
目的:探讨不稳定型心绞痛患者应用曲美他嗪联合替格瑞洛治疗的临床疗效。方法:择某院在2016年9月～2017年9月接收的40例不稳定型心绞痛患者分为两组各20例,对照组给予基础药物治疗,实验组基于对照组给予替格瑞洛联合曲美他嗪治疗,对比两组患者临床有效率及临床症状。结果:对照组治疗后临床有效率70.00%低于实验组85.00%(P<0.05),实验组治疗后心电图ST段较对照组改善更为明显(P<0.05);实验组LVEDD较对照组治疗后明显降低、LVEF显著升高(P<0.05);实验组治疗后心绞痛发作次数以及时间均较对照组明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:联合应用曲美他嗪与替格瑞洛治疗不稳定型心绞痛,临床疗效显著,可明显改善患者心绞痛次数,缩短发作时间。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of trimetazidine combined with ticagrelor in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods:40patients with unstable angina pectoris treated in a hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected and divided into two groups,20 cases in each group.The control group was given basic clinical drug therapy.The experimental group was given ticagrelor combined with trimetazidine.The clinical efficacy and clinical symptoms were compared.Results:The clinical effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the experimental group(70.00%vs 85.00%,P<0.05);The ST-segment changes of ECG of the experimental group was more improved than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05);The decreasing level of LVEDD and the improving level of LVEF in the experimental group were more significant than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,angina pectoris frequency and duration in the experimental group were significantly reduced compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The trimetazidine combined with ticagrelor is an effective way to improve the angina pectoris frequency and shorten the attack time.
