如何推进高等医学院校创新创业教育改革

近年来,创新创业教育浪潮兴起,相关教育部门出台各项创新创业政策和文件,高等医学院校结合专业特长进行科学有效的创新创业教育改革已势在必行。现阶段,高等医学院教育机构及医学生对待创新创业教育改革在思想上不重视、国家教育体制有待完善、创新创业课程体系以及师资力量不完备、硬件配套设施尚不齐全等现象较为普遍。为加快我国创新创业教育改革,第一,医学院校及医学生须转变创新创业教育理念,树立健康的创新创业意识;第二,医学院应完善自身组织结构,建立健全创新创业教育体制机制,即完善课程体系建设和师资队伍建设;第三,政府制定流畅的市场运行机制和市场准入机制。创新成果顺应市场需求,增加市场活力;最后,医学生组建创业者联盟,加强校企合作。以创新创业大赛为实践平台,协同各方,共同为高等医学院校创新创业改革开创崭新的局面。
Recent years, with the prevalence of innovation and entrepreneurship education has risen, and the relevant educational departments have issued various policies and documents of innovation and entrepreneurship coinciding with relevant measures. It is imperative for medical colleges and universities to carry out scientific and effective innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in combination with their specialties. However, at the present stage, there are some problems in the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the institutions of higher medical education and medical students in our country, for instance, educational institutions and medical students do not attach importance to the reform in thought, and the national education system needs to be improved, neither the innovative entrepreneurship curriculum system nor teaching staff are not complete, and the hardware facilities are not complete. In order to speed up the reform of innovative entrepreneurship education in China, first, medical colleges and students should change the ideas of innovative entrepreneurship education and establish healthy consciousness of innovation and entrepreneurship; second, the medical school should perfect its own organizational structure and establish and promote the innovative entrepreneurship education system mechanism, that is, to perfect the curriculum system construction and the construction of the teaching staff; third, the government formulates the smooth market operation mechanism and the market access mechanism. Innovative achievements meet the needs of the market and increase the vitality of the market; finally, medical students form an alliance of entrepreneurs to strengthen cooperation between schools and enterprises. Based on the practice platform of innovation and entrepreneurship competition, and with the cooperation of all parties, a new situation of innovation and entrepreneurship reform in medical colleges and universities in China is created.
