摘要
该研究基于现代学徒制,对接行业企业的用人需求,制定校企联合招生、协同育人的人才培养方案,构建由学徒准备期、准学徒期至学徒期,涵盖校内基础素质提升课程、校内理论课程、校内实训课程、校企理论课程、校企实训课程、企业课程、生产实践与顶岗实习七大模块的工学交替、育训结合的课程体系,搭建以成果为导向的多元化考核评价体系,双师型教师队伍素质、学生对口就业率、合作企业满意度均得到较大提高。
Based on modern apprenticeship, this paper is to develop school-enterprises admissions jointly and collaborative educational talent training program according to the demands employed by enterprises. Then, it's to build the apprentice run-up, quasi apprenticeship to apprenticeship course system covering the following seven modules: the basic course to improve students' quality, theoretical and practical courses on-campus, the courses with school-enterprises theory and practical training program, production practice and internship, and also setting up the diversified evaluation system oriented results, finally, double-qualified teachers literacy, student employment and the cooperative enterprise satisfaction were improved greatly.
