摘要
采用特制的乳化沥青作为结合料,配制了OGFC-13冷拌冷铺乳化沥青混合料,对所制备的试件采用烘箱养生,养生温度为90℃,养生时间为24 h。养生后的试件进行了路用性能测试与评价,包括高温、低温和抗车辙性能、抗水损害性能、动态模量和静态模量试验。结果表明,乳化型冷拌冷铺沥青混合料的路用性能都能满足热拌改性沥青混合料相应的技术要求。研究成果对冷拌冷铺沥青混合料的开发及应用具有实际的借鉴意义。
        OGFC-13 cold mix cold emulsified asphalt mixture was prepared by using special emulsified asphalt as binder. The prepared test pieces were oven-conditioned, the curing temperature was 90 ℃, and the curing time was 24 h. After the health test, the road performance test and evaluation were carried out, including high temperature, low temperature and rutting resistance, water damage resistance, dynamic modulus and static modulus test. The results show that the road performance of the emulsified cold mix cold asphalt asphalt mixture can meet the corresponding technical requirements of the hot mix modified asphalt mixture. The research results have practical reference significance for the development and application of cold mixed cold asphalt mixture.
