事实标准重在被市场接纳和认可。本文详细分析了我国水泥窑余热发电成套技术出口的国际竞争优势和基于事实标准竞争的基础与路径方法,阐明了企业为主体推进实施中国标准国际化的过程模式。
        The de facto standards is approved and accepted by the market. This paper analyzes the China's competitive advantage in the export of the technology of the waste heat power generation in cement factories, describes the foundation and the path method based on the de facto standards competition, and illustrates the implementation pattern for the promotion of the internationalization of Chinese standards with enterprises as the main bodies.
