摘要
介绍了蜡油加氢裂化催化剂再生的机理与过程,并对某炼油厂2.6 Mt/a蜡油加氢裂化装置新鲜催化剂和再生催化剂两次开工初期的运行情况进行对比分析,评价其再生后的活性及效果,为今后催化剂再生提供经验。该装置的运行对比结果表明:再生催化剂活性恢复良好,回收率高,完全满足装置加工的要求。同时,催化剂再生有效延长了催化剂的使用寿命,降低了装置的运行成本,提高了炼油厂的经济效益。
The mechanisms and process of catalyst regeneration of gas oil hydrocracking are introduced. The two initial operations of fresh catalysts and regenerated catalysts at the early stage of start-up of a 2.6 MM TPY gas oil hydrocracking unit are compared. The activity of regenerated catalyst and effects are evaluated, which provides a good operation experience for the catalyst regeneration in the future. The comparisons of unit operations show that the activity of regenerated catalyst is well restored, the recovery rate is high, which can meet the requirements of unit operation. At the same time, the catalyst regeneration has effectively extended the service life of catalysts, reduced the unit operation costs and raised the economic benefits of the refinery.
