醋酸奥曲肽在肠梗阻治疗中的临床效果观察

摘要
目的探究在肠梗阻治疗中应用醋酸奥曲肽的效果。方法 2014年1月—2017年1月收治46例肠梗阻患者展开本次研究,按照患者所接受的治疗方法不同将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组则在常规治疗基础上加用醋酸奥曲肽;后对两组症状缓解时间、治疗效果等进行观察对比。结果观察组患者的症状缓解时间快于对照组、症状缓解率高于对照组,恶心、呕吐治疗的有效率82.61%(19/23)高于对照组52.17%(12/23),组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论肠梗阻治疗中应用醋酸奥曲肽可有效改善患者各项症状,因此效果良好。
Objective To explore the effect of octreotide acetate in the treatment of intestinal obstruction.Methods From January 2014 to January 2017,46 patients were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given routine treatment.The observation group was given the conventional treatment based on the use of octreotide acetate; After the two groups of symptom relief time,the treatment effect were observed and compared.Results The symptom relief time in the observation group was faster and the symptom relief rate was higher than that in the control group.The effective rate of nausea and vomiting treatment was 82.61%(19/23) in the observation group and 52.17%(12/23) in the control group.The difference was significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The application of octreotide acetate can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,so the effect is good.
