摘要
为了进一步研究智能信息化时代中时空信息的作用,对以下方面做出强调:北斗卫星导航系统(BDS)作为我国自主研发、独立运行的重要战略时空基础设备,必将在军事及民用领域得到更加广泛的应用;智能化城市是以BDS技术作为支持且根据时空信息中的定位、定时等技术实施的一整套现代化时空技术管理系统,是智能化未来前进的风向标。通过分析城市管理中时空信息在智能现代化建设中的作用、地位、特点及其特性,展现时空信息对于智能信息化建设的引领作用;并基于时空信息服务在交通、医疗、快递、环保、减灾中的应用做出举例说明,显示出时空信息与人类日常生活的紧密结合及其重要性。
In order to further study on the function of spatiotemporal information in intelligent informatization age,the paper emphasized the following aspects:as an important strategic space-time infrastructure with independent research and development,BeiDou navigation satellite system(BDS)would be more widely applied in military and civilian fields;moreover,as a whole set of modern space-time technology and management system supported by BDS technology,which is based on the positioning and timing technology with time and space information,the Intelligent City could be considered as the wind vane of the intelligent future.By analyzing the role and status of spatiotemporal information in the construction of intelligent modernization in urban management,the leading role of space-time information in the construction of intelligent information technology was presented,and the application of space-time information service in transportation,medical service,express delivery,environmental protection and disaster reduction was illustrated for showing the close ties between spatio-temporal information with human daily life and the importance of the imformation.
