摘要
目的利用偶联剂对三氧化二铝纳米颗粒进行表面改性,并研究其在潜隐手印显现中的应用。方法利用硅烷偶联剂对三氧化二铝纳米颗粒进行表面改性,并以傅里叶红外吸收光谱检测纳米颗粒表面功能团的变化。以此表面改性的三氧化二铝纳米颗粒悬浮液显现瓷砖、玻璃、铝箔、塑料片、漆面铁皮上的汗潜手印,对所得结果作分析比较。另外,对这种用硅烷改性与经表面活性剂修饰的氧化铝纳米颗粒所显现出的指纹进行比较。结果傅里叶红外吸收光谱显示硅烷改性反应制备的氧化铝纳米颗粒在1638、2853、2921和3302 cm-1处出现了硅烷偶联剂的特征吸收峰。该方法对5种非渗透性客体表面的汗潜手印显现效果良好,优于用表面活性剂修饰的三氧化二铝纳米颗粒悬浮液。结论该方法性能稳定,适于潜隐指纹显现的实际应用。
Objective Using the silane-coupling-agent-modified nanosized particles of di-aluminum trioxide(Al_2O_3) for developing latent fingerprint. Methods Al_2O_3 nanoparticles were modified with a silane coupling agent. The change of the surface functional groups of the nanosized Al_2O_3 particles was measured by Fourier transform infrared absorption spectrum(FT-IR). The developed latent fingerprints on ceramic, glass, aluminum foil, plastic, algam were obtained by the modified Al_2O_3 nanoparticles and evaluated, together with their comparison of the results acquired through the silane-coupling-agentmodified Al_2O_3 nanoparticles against those got from the surfactant-modified Al_2O_3 nanoparticles. Results The silane-couplingagent-modified Al_2O_3 nanoparticles exist the characteristic absorption peak of silane coupling agent at 1638, 2853, 2921 and 3302 cm~(-1) in the Fourier transform infrared absorption spectrum(FT-IR), showing a better fingerprint-developing performance than that of the original Al_2O_3 particles. Conclusions The suspension of silane-coupling-agent-modified Al_2O_3 nanoparticles is stable, suitable for practical application into the latent fingerprint development.
