摘要
本文详尽论述了小型化大冷量旋转集成式斯特林制冷机的主要设计内容,并以1. 5W/77K斯特林制冷机进行了试验验证,结果表明该款斯特林制冷机实现了预期设计目标,能较好地满足相关红外探测器组件的应用需求。
        The main design points of miniaturization and large cooling capacity of rotary & integral Stirling cooler were detailed and were used in the 1. 5 W/77 K Stirling cooler. The results show that the cooler achieves the expected performance,and meets the application requirements of relevant infrared detector assembly.
