摘要
为了解决金属切削机床在使用报废后的再制造问题,在其设计方案形成的初始阶段就考虑再制造的影响因素,并形成不同的设计方案,针对方案的选择提出一种基于模糊程度分析的TOPSIS综合评价方法。首先通过模糊程度分析对评价指标构建模糊语言值,将模糊语言值转化处理为三角模糊数,建立评价决策矩阵,得到不同阶段的重要性权重,然后结合模糊TOPSIS方法来评价选出最优设计方案,进行案例研究来证明所提方法的适用性。
In order to solve the problem of remanufacturing of metal-cutting machine tools after use, the influence factors of remanufacturing are considered at the initial stage of the design of the metal cutting machine tool, and different design schemes are formed. A fuzzy TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method is proposed for the selection of the program. Firstly, fuzzy linguistic values are built on the evaluation indicators through fuzzy degree analysis. The fuzzy linguistic values are transformed into triangular fuzzy numbers, and an evaluation and decision matrix is established to obtain importance weights in different stages. Then, a fuzzy TOPSIS method is used to evaluate and select the optimal design scheme. A case study was conducted to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed method.
