老年长期卧床患者下肢护理对预防深静脉血栓的影响探究

摘要
目的分析评价老年长期卧床患者下肢护理对预防深静脉血栓的影响。方法该次采取随机分组法,将该院于2017年2月—2018年2月收治的80例老年长期卧床患者分成2组,每组平均为40例;其中,对照组给予常规护理方法,观察组给予下肢护理方法,进一步对两组护理效果进行比较评价。结果 (1)在深静脉血栓发生率上,观察组为5.00%,与对照组的22.50%比较明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)在护理总满意度方面,观察组为95.00%,与对照组的72.50%比较明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对老年长期卧床患者,给予下肢护理方法,能够预防深静脉血栓的发生,并提高患者对护理服务工作的满意程度;因此,具备推广及使用的价值。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of lower limb nursing on the prevention of deep venous thrombosis in elderly patients with long-term bed rest. Methods Eighty elderly patients with long-term bedridden in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were divided into two groups, with an average of 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing methods, while the observation group was given lower limb nursing methods, and the nursing effects of the two groups were further evaluated. Results(1) The incidence of DVT in the observation group was5.00%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group(22.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).(2) In terms of total nursing satisfaction, 95.00% in the observation group was higher than 72.50% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion For the elderly patients with long-term bedridden, lower limb nursing can prevent the occurrence of deep venous thrombosis and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing services; therefore, it has the value of promotion and use.
