摘要
为解决温盐传感器在海洋站应用中存在的电缆缠绕和壳体磨损等问题,保障传感器的长期业务化运行,文章提出改进温盐传感器安装方式的缓冲止旋方法。研究结果表明:在实验室环境下,通过以螺旋电缆代替直线电缆和设计缓冲浮子装置二者结合的温盐传感器安装方式,可有效减少电缆缠绕、避免传感器磕碰磨损和减小海流影响,同时安装简单、便于维护和具有广泛应用性。该方法仍须在海洋站实际应用中进一步验证和完善。
In order to solve the problems of cable winding and shell wear existing in the application of temperature and salt sensor in ocean station and ensure the long-term operation of the sensor,this paper put forward a method to improve the installation mode of temperature and salt sensor.The results proved that:In the laboratory environment,the installation of screw cable instead of straight line cable and the design of buffer float device can effectively reduce the cable winding,avoid the collision and wear of sensors and reduce the impact of sea current.At the same time,the installation is simple,easy to maintain and has a wide range of applications.This method still needs to be further verified and improved in the actual application of ocean station.
