摘要
针对含三维间隙铰链和张拉索的大型空间展开桁架天线,研究其在冲击载荷作用下的非线性动力学特性.基于ANSYS软件建立了含间隙铰链的桁架天线非线性动力学有限元模型,采用六个组合单元模拟一个三维间隙铰链,并考虑张拉索的几何非线性,分析了桁架天线在冲击载荷作用下的非线性动力学响应.通过和理想铰链模型的分析结果进行比较,揭示间隙铰链对结构动力学响应的影响机理,进而研究了间隙大小、冲击载荷大小及作用时间、界限滑移力等对结构动力学响应的影响规律,从而为大型空间展开桁架天线结构的动力学设计及振动控制提供理论支撑.
        The nonlinear dynamic characteristics of a large deployable truss antennas with three dimensional clearance joint and tensile cables under impact load are investigated in the paper. The nonlinear dynamic finite element model of truss antennas with three dimensional clearance joints was built based on ANSYS software. A clearance joints was simulated by using six COMBIN40 elements and the geometric nonlinearity of tensile cables was considered. The nonlinear dynamic responses of truss antennas under impact load were analyzed. Comparing with the analysis results of ideal joints model, the influence mechanism of three dimensional clearance joints on the dynamic responses of the structure were revealed. The influences of clearance size, impact load magnitucle and action time, clearance slip force on the nonlinear dynamic responses of the structure were studied. The works are useful for the dynamic design and vibration control of large deployable truss antennas.
