摘要
随着汽车排放法规的日益严格,汽油机增压小型化是当前的发展趋势。我们基于某小排量三缸汽油机,对匹配不同压气机的发动机进行研究,从发动机动力性、经济性、排放三个方面对比分析。在压气机和发动机匹配方面,通过分析压气机和汽油机联合运行性能,主要包括喘振裕度、拥塞线、超速,结果表明Trim值小的压气机更有利于发动机的性能。
With the increasingly stringent emission regulation of cars, gasoline engine miniaturization design with turbocharger is the current development trend. Based on a small-displacement three-cylinder gasoline engine, this paper studies the engine matching different compressor from the engine power performance, consumption, emissions-three aspects of comparative analysis mainly. In terms of the matching performance between compressor and gasoline engine, including surge margin, congestion and overspeed, the results show that compressor with small Trim value is more favorable to engine performance.
