摘要
空调制造中需要的物料种类较多,物料的供应风险和产品重要程度对空调物料的库存量有着极大影响,影响着企业库存总成本。通过卡拉杰克矩阵对空调物料进行分类研究,建立了基于BP人工神经网络的空调物料预测模型。笔者根据空调物料企业库存数据,验证了模型的有效性。
There are many kinds of materials needed in air-conditioning manufacturing. The supply risk of materials and the importance of products have a great impact on the inventory of air-conditioning materials, affecting the total inventory cost of enterprises. The air-conditioning materials are classified by Karajack matrix, and the air-conditioning materials prediction model based on BP artificial neural network is established. According to the inventory data of air conditioning material enterprises, the validity of the model is verified.
