基于系统论视角下研究生培养质量保障体系的构建
摘要
结合国家双一流建设重大战略决策的部署要求,高校只有积极响应相关政策的要求,实现自身的转型发展,构建新时期研究生培养质量保障体系,才能够不断提升研究生的培养质量,更好地推进高校自身的发展。那么,以系统论作为研究视角,对构建高校研究生培养质量保障体系现实意义和系统要素进行分析,结合当前研究生培养的源头要求,不断优化培养条件,加强研究生培养质量保障体系的建设工作。
In combination withthe deployment requirements of major strategic decisions of national double-first-class construction,colleges and universities should actively respond to the requirements of relevant policies, realize their own transformation and development, and build a quality assurance system for postgraduate training in the new era, so as to continuously improve the quality of postgraduate training and better promote the development of colleges and universities themselves. Then, with the system theory as the research perspective, the paper analyzes the practical significance and system elements of the quality assurance system for postgraduate education in colleges and universities, combines the current source requirements of postgraduate training, continuously optimizes the training conditions, and strengthens the construction of the quality assurance system for postgraduate training.
