摘要
文章针对前向散射式能见度仪的现场测试校准所存在的问题提出改进方案,根据能见度仪的工作原理和现场测试校准的原理进行了能见度仪现场校准的设备研制,介绍了高能见度(零散射信号)和低能见度(高散射信号)情况下的硬件设计,并通过实验数据证明设备研制后的改进方法不受外界环境的扰动,操作流程鲁棒性强,实验数据可以快速稳定,是一种具有实际应用价值的前向散射式能见度仪现场校准测试方法。
Aiming at the problems existing in the on-site test and calibration of forward scatter visibility meter,this paper puts forward an improvement plan.According to the working principle of visibility instrument and calibration principle of field test for the scene,the on-site test and calibration instrument is researched and developed.The hardware design for high visibility(zero-scattering signal)and low visibility(high scattering signal)are introduced.And through the experimental data,it proved that the improvement method after device developed is not disturbed by external environment,and the experimental process is robust.The experimental data can be stable rapidly.So this is an on-site calibration method with practical application value for forward scatter visibility meter.
