摘要
根据Box-Behnken的中心组合实验设计原理,在单因素试验的基础上,采用五因素三水平的响应曲面分析法,建立了MIEX吸附去除HA的二次多项数学模型,并以HA去除率为响应值作响应面和等高线,考察了MIEX用量、pH值、温度、吸附时间和HA初始浓度对HA去除率的影响。结果表明,HA去除的优化工艺条件为:MIEX用量0.5m L,p H值8、温度30℃、吸附时间30min;在此工艺条件下,HA初始浓度为5mg/L时的去除率达到90.78%。
        According to the Box-Behnken center-united experimental design principle, which tests were based on single factor variable and adopted the method of response surface analysis with 5 factors and 3 levels. A second order quadratic equation for the adsorption MIEX removal of humic acid was built and response surface and contour line were graphed depending on the response value of the removal rate of HA. The quantity of the MIEX, p H value, temperature, adsorption duration and the initial concentration of HA were analyzed in this paper. The results showed that the optimization of process conditions of the HA removal were 0.5m L MIEX, pH 8, 30℃, 30 minutes adsorption. Under the optimized condition, the removal rate reached 90.78% when the concentration of HA was 5mg/L.
