摘要
目的:探讨孕妇学校开展的效果。方法:选取某医院产科门诊行产前检查并在该院分娩的300例孕妇。随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组150例,在孕妇学校以面对面、多媒体、微信平台建群的形式进行多次系统的孕产期知识培训;对照组150例,只做常规产检,未进行孕妇学校的学习。结果:研究组孕妇对孕产期知识的掌握程度高于对照组;降低了对分娩的恐惧,阴道分娩的概率高于对照组(P<0.05);而Apgar评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对护理的满意度也高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:孕妇学校是一种很好的孕期健康教育形式,有利于提高孕产妇的认知行为,降低剖宫产率,提高了护理的满意度。
        Objective: To explore the effect of school for pregnant women. Methods: Clinical trialsfrom of 300 pregnant women who examinedin the antenatal clinic and deliveredinour hospital were selected. They were divided into two groups according to a random number table, including study group and control group, and with 150 pregnant women in each group. In the study group, the pregnancy and childbirth knowledge were trained in the pregnant women school in the form of face-to-face,multimedia and WeChat group, while the pregnant women in the control group were not educated with the relevant knowledge, but only received routine prenatal examination.Results: The proficiency of knowledge about pregnancy and childbirth as well as the rate of vaginal delivery were higher in the study group than those in the control group, meanwhile, the fear of laborof the pregnant women in the study group was decreased as compared to the control group(P<0.05),although there was no significant difference in Apgar score between the two groups(P>0.05). In addition,the satisfactiondegree of nursing care in the study group was also higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The pregnant school is a good form of health education during pregnancy, it can improve the cognition and behavior of pregnant women and reduce the rate of cesarean section, furthermore, it improves the satisfaction degree of nursing.
