肛周湿疹相关免疫指标及作用机制研究进展

摘要
肛周湿疹是由多种内外因素引起的发生在肛门周围的常见炎症性疾病。其发生机制目前认为与Ⅰ型和Ⅳ型变态反应有关。了解变态反应过程中相关细胞因子及抗体等物质在肛周湿疹发展过程中的变化及可能的作用机制,有助于为肛周湿疹的诊疗提供免疫学方面的依据。本文对这些细胞因子及抗体的相关作用机制研究做一综述。
Perianal eczema is a common inflammatory disease caused by a variety of internal and external factors and occur around the anus. Its mechanism is currently considered to be related to I type allergy and IV type allergy. Learning on the changes and possible mechanisms of cytokines and antibodies in the process of allergy is helpful to provide immunological evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of perianal eczema. This article reviews the related mechanisms of these cytokines and antibodies.
