压力管理对中青年脑卒中配偶照顾者生活质量的影响

摘要
目的:探讨压力管理对中青年脑卒中配偶照顾者生活质量的影响效果。方法:对45例中青年脑卒中患者配偶照顾者实施压力管理干预,分住院期和出院后康复期两阶段进行,干预时间为3个月。干预前后用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表和生活质量量表进行测评。结果:干预后配偶照顾者焦虑和抑郁标准分明显降低,生活质量量表各维度分及总分显著升高,与干预前比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:对中青年脑卒中配偶照顾者实施有针对性、整体性、延续性和激励性的压力管理,可缓解其焦虑和抑郁情绪,改善其生活质量。
Objective: To investigate efficacy of stress management on quality of life of caregiver(spouse of young and middleaged patients with stroke). Methods: 45 cases were given stress management, including two stages of hospitalization and post-discharge rehabilitation, for 3 months. Results: After the intervention, the standard scores of anxiety and depression of the caregiver were significantly reduced, and the scores and total scores of the quality of life scale were significantly increased(P<0.05). Conclusion: Stress management on quality of life of caregiver(spouse of young and middle-aged patients with stroke) can alleviate anxiety and depression, and improve their quality of life.
