以文化建设促进高校实验室的转型发展

摘要
从传统教学活动与知识活动的比较入手,在明确实验室文化的基础上,论述了高校实验室文化建设中存在的问题及解决思路,并提出以转型发展的文化自觉推动实验室的转型发展;以学生的发展为逻辑起点,营造民主、平等自由、开放的文化氛围;以生命的灵动与激扬回归教育的本真,以精神相遇完善实验教学知识活动模式,以制度建设促进实验室知识活动的转型发展。
From the comparison of the traditional teaching activities and knowledge activities, on the basis of the laboratory culture, this paper discusses the problems existing in university laboratory culture construction and the solution, and put forward to the transformation of the development of cultural consciousness to promote the transformation of laboratory development. With the development of students as the logic starting point, build the culture atmosphere of liberal democratic equality. With clever and exciting life, return to the authenticity of the education; With spiritual meet perfect experiment teaching knowledge activity patterns; In the system construction measures to promote the development of laboratory the transformation of intellectual activities.
