康复新液抗念珠菌性阴道炎的药效研究

摘要
目的:探究康复新液干预念珠菌性阴道炎的药效作用,为临床提供治疗念珠菌性阴道炎的候选药物,同时为开发利用美洲大蠊药用资源提供新的思路。方法:采用微量稀释法测定康复新液不同浓度抗白色念珠菌的作用,计算半数有效浓度(EC_(50))。建立小鼠念珠菌性阴道炎模型,以康复新液阴道灌洗给药,观察小鼠一般状况,测定其体质量及阴道灌洗液菌落数并进行阴道炎症评分,评价康复新液体内抗菌作用。结果:康复新液具有良好的抗白色念珠菌标准株与临床耐药株的作用,可显著改善念珠菌性阴道炎模型小鼠的一般状况,降低阴道炎症状评分分值,且能减少阴道灌洗液菌落数。结论:康复新液对念珠菌性阴道炎模型具有较好的治疗效果。
Objective:To explore the efficacy of Kangfuxin Liquid on candida vaginitis,to provide a drug candidate for the clinical treatment of candida vaginitis,to offer new ideas for the development and utilization of medicinal resources of Periplaneta Americana.Methods:The effects of against Candida albicans of different concentrations of Kangfuxin Liquid were preliminary determined by microdilution method,and EC_(50) was calculated.Established a model of mice candida vaginitis,administered with vaginal lavage of the Kangfuxin Liquid,observed the general condition of the mice,determined the body mass and the number of vaginal lavage colonies and scored the vaginal inflammation,and evaluated the antibacterial activity of the Kangfuxin Liquid.Results:Kangfuxin Liquid had good anti-Candida albicans standard strain and clinical drug-resistant strain,which could significantly improve the general condition of mice with candida vaginitis,reduce the score of vaginal inflammation score,and reduce vaginal lavage the number of colonies.Conclusion:Kangfuxin Liquid has a good therapeutic effect on the candida vaginitis model.
