摘要
针对宝钢湛江钢铁基地原料码头遭遇超强台风袭击造成三台大型卸船机瞬间全部倾覆的事故,分析了设备制造厂提供的防风锚固设计方案的缺陷及对南海海域台风认识的不足,首次提出了强风袭击方向的随机性、最大迎风投影计算面积等概念。论述了大型港机非工作状态下遭遇强风时的最大迎风面积计算方法、最不利风向作用下的锚固系统受力工况、组合防风锚固系统设计等要点。可为今后大型港机抗风防台锚固系统设计提供参考,减少港机遭遇台风袭击出现倾覆事故的概率。
        Considering the accident that three large ship unloaders were all overturned in an instant due to the super-strong typhoon attack on the raw material wharf of Zhanjiang Iron and Steel Base of Baosteel, the paper analyzes defects of the windproof anchoring design scheme provided by the equipment manufacturer and the lack of understanding of typhoons in the South China Sea, puts forward the concepts of randomness of strong wind attack direction and calculation area of maximum windward projection for the first time and discusses the calculation method of the maximum windward area when a large port machine encounters strong wind under the non-working state, the stress condition of the anchoring system under the most unfavorable wind direction, and the design of the combined windproof anchoring system, etc. The paper can serve as a reference for the design of anti-wind and anti-typhoon anchoring system for large-scale harbor aircrafts in the future so as to reduce the probability of capsizing accidents when harbor aircrafts are attacked by typhoons.
