胰尾部肿块型胰腺炎并发脾脏局部坏死1例
摘要
<正>胰腺炎脾脏并发症占胰腺炎患者的1%～5%~([1]),最早由Mallory于1982年报道~([2])。慢性胰腺炎是一种进行性不可逆转地破坏胰腺并使胰腺组织被纤维组织替代的慢性炎症。若炎性反应迁延不愈、胰腺实质破坏、纤维组织增生,则形成胰腺肿块,这种伴有炎性肿块形成的慢性胰腺炎称为肿块型慢性胰腺炎,慢性胰
