摘要
房颤是临床常见的心律失常疾病之一,射频消融是治疗房颤的有效手段,三维心脏电生理标测系统和射频消融系统成为治疗房颤的有效工具。结合临床医学、介入手术、电子电路、磁定位、信号采集与分析等多学科领域技术,实现了Columbus三维标测系统精确空间定位、CT/MRI图像分割配准、导管弯形的显示等功能,射频消融系统实时检测消融温度、功率和阻抗。Columbus系统成功完成动物实验和临床验证,能够有效地指导医生进行房颤的消融手术。Optim Ablate射频消融系统相关性能指标达到国际先进水平。
Atrial fibrillation(AF) is one of clinical arrhythmia diseases. Radiofrequency ablation is an effective method for the treatment of AF. Three-dimensional(3D) EP navigation system and radiofrequency ablation system become useful tools. Combined with clinical medicine, catheter intervention, electricity, magnetic tracking, signal acquisition and processing, we developed Columbus system with functions of precise spatial localization, CT\MRI images segmentation and registration, and catheter display. The Opitm Ablate radiofrequency ablation system can monitor temperature, power and impedance in real time. Columbus 3D EP navigation system has accomplished the animal experiment and clinical verification. Optim Ablate radiofrequency ablation system is also well accepted by the physicians.
