摘要
人造培育肉的生产比较复杂,涉及体外细胞培养、组织工程和食品技术等多个方面,实现量产面临很多障碍。本文从专利申请的技术角度,对人造培育肉的研究进展进行概括,比如改造细胞、优化培养技术、生物打印等,为实现人造培育肉的市场化生产提供参考。
        The production of artificial cultured meat is complicated,involving in vitro cell culture,tissue engineering and food technology,etc.There are many obstacles to mass production.The progress in research on artificial cultured meat was reviewed in this paper from the standpoint of the patent applications,such as modifying cells,optimizing culture techniques,bioprinting,etc.,to provide reference for realizing the market-oriented production of artificial meat.
